The Principal must be notified in writing of a student's intended withdrawal one month (30 days) in advance; otherwise, one month's tuition will be levied in its place. The same holds true for bus fares. Those who withdraw from the school in May must also pay the costs for June. A child's name will be removed from the rolls and the vacancy will be properly filled if he or she has missed 10 days of school in a row during any term without the school administration receiving any written requests from the parents or guardians. If a seat opens up, readmission is possible with the express authorization of the principal. In that instance, a deposit of Rs. 1000 plus any outstanding balances would be required.

Parents who pay tuition in the bank but fail to notify the school in writing of their child's extended absence will not be immune from having their child's name removed from the school's records.
