Code of Conduct for Student

Students of SSRPS Should stand out as smart, confident, disciplined, cultured and wel spoken individuals. The school expects the students to imbibe discipline as a second nature. The school follows certain norms rather rigidly in the best interest of learners.

  • Students are expected to take proper care of the school property. They should not mishandle, damage or break expensive electronic items like computer and TV. installed in the class rooms or any item of furniture or electrical fittings, otherwise the students will have to pay the full cost of the concerned item, along with a heavy fine.
  • Students should not write, scratch or engrave graffiti on desks, chairs and other surfaces Such nefarious activities are liable to strict disciplinary action.
  • While moving in the corridors, or using staircase, students should walk in a line and keep to their left. Running in the corridors, pushing other children etc. will not be tolerated changing of class rooms between periods should be done in silence and in an orderly manner.
  • Loitering in the School Reception Area is strictly forbidden.
  • It is compulsory for all students to attend the assembly. No student shall stay back in the class during assembly without prior permission from the Class Teacher / Principal.
  • Coming late to the class, especially after Lunch break, games period or any other activity lesson, is not allowed.
  • The campus language (English) must be maintained under any circumstances.
  • Use of abusive and filthy language in school will lead to the suspension of students.
  • Students of SSRPS must show respect to all elders and should love younger students. They should stand when any visitors or teachers talk to them.
  • Students are not allowed to bring any sharp instruments like blades, knives sharpener, compass, divider etc. to school.
  • No other literature, other than the school books or library books shall be brought to school.
  • Firing crackers or splashing colour during Diwal/ Holi in the school premises is stilly forbidden. Non-compliance of these instructions can lead to expulsion from the school.
  • Irregular attendance, unjustified or unexplained absence from school, habitual lale coming, disobedience, showing disrespect to leaches and any rupe of unruly and objectionable behaviour are considered grave acts of indiscipline, which can lead to expulsion from the school.
  • Students must maintain the clean, green beautiful surroundings of the school campus and not deface it with toffee wrappers, disposable tumblers, poly packs etc.
  • They should not pluck flowers or uproot plants in the lawns.
  • They should take good care of their health and keep themselves robust and strong.
  • They should always be friendly to others in and out of the school.
  • They should avoid vulgarity in talk and behaviour.
  • They should accept whatever work is assigned to them as their rightful share. They Should face difficulties courageously.
  • They should always be ready to lend a helping hand at home to their parents, brothers and sisters, in school to teachers and companions and any unattended visitor whom they happen to meet on the school premisses.
  • They should never cheat or be unfair at play.
  • They should rise when any teacher or visitor comes to talk further.
  • They should be truthful whatever the cost be.
  • They should never be cruel. They should know that cruelty is the trait of a bully while kindness is the mark of a gentleman.
  • They should respect the beauty of classroom and of the school premisses and report any damage they observe.
  • They should never hesitate to say 'NO' when asked or tempted to do a thing which they know to be wrong.
  • They should respect the liberty and the right of others.
  • Instead of lamenting and grumbling over the evils of the world they should try to contribute their share in making it a better place to live in.
  • They should look upon people from all parts of the world as brothers irrespective of their caste, colour and creed.
  • They should not waste their time in idle gossip.

  • To avoid dropping waste papers in the school premises and to pick up any such papers Dropped by others.

TO PARENTS

Parents should not visit the class room and disturb the teacher while he or she is teaching. Any Problem regarding the payment, books and circulars should be discussed with the head only. The diary is one of the links between you & the school. The remarks from the teacher are Conveniently conveyed through these pages and you are encouraged to act likewise.

  • Your ward is sent to the school regularly and in time.
  • He/She is regular in his her home-work and in learning the daily lesson.
  • He/she is neatly and properly dressed.
  • The monthly fee is deposited by the 10th of each month. In case of delay for more than one month the name may be struck off.
  • Your ward brings his/her mid-day meal daily to school.
  • Every absence (sick leave or otherwise) is mentioned briefly in the Leave Record pages of this diary.
  • You can meet the Principal/incharge only and not the teacher in necessary.
  • Your child does not bring valuable articles and money to the school.
  • The medium of instruction being English, the child speaks that language as often as possible.
  • Any comment regarding student's work and conduct may please be communicated through the relevant pages of this diary. Other comments, if any may be conveyed through a personal letter to the Principal.
  • You are requested not to disturb the student by taking him/her away during session/school hours.
  • You are requested to respond timely of the reports sent to you by the school.
  • An unauthorized absence for ten consecutive days will result in your ward's name from the roll to be struck off.

TO The Students

  • The School uniform is compulsory.
  • Principal's Permission is must for leaving the school premise.
  • Send your leave application in time, failing which a fine will be imposed as decided by The administration.
  • Mid-day meal is compulsory.
  • Reach the school 15 min. before the bell is rung for the assembly.
  • Running, Playing or shouting inside the school building is strictly forbidden.
  • Exchange of articles among students is not allowed.
  • No books (other than course books or of school library or magazine and paper) should Be brought to the school.
  • Any damage to property whether of school or mates must be made good.
  • You are advised to speak in English only.
  • The school task should be done punctually.
  • Children, who come to school in the care of the guardians, should not leave before they come back to take home.
  • No student will be permitted to attend the school in case of suffering from any infectious disease.
  • Students should keep their bicycles at stand meant for the purpose and are advised to keep them locked.
  • All the students should be courteous and polite all time in their conduct.
  • Note down home-assignment in the diary immediately after it is assigned.
  • Always mention the period of your actual study at home in the diary at its proper place and get it signed at home in the dairy by your guardian.
  • Always move in queue in the school premises.
  • Following instructions issued time to time is compulsory.
  • No student would be allowed to have any other hair style than the formal cut.
